Digital Radiology

We offer in-house digital radiology, which means we can reduce waiting times and extra costs. Digital x-rays allow us to obtain clear images while exposing your pet to less radiation than traditional methods.

In_house_lab

In-House Lab

Having our own laboratory means we obtain test results in a fast manner, greatly reducing the time you must wait. This can decrease your stress and bring about prompt action when required.

Doctors looking at ultrasounds

Ultrasound

Ultrasounds allow our doctors to examine soft tissue in greater detail. We often use this scanning method to visualize organs such as the spleen, liver, kidneys, urinary bladder, heart, and unborn puppies and kittens.

Dog teeth cleaning

Dental Care

Keeping an animal’s teeth clean is notoriously difficult. This means that oral health issues are common. We can assess your pet’s teeth, provide preventative resources and education, and undertake treatment when necessary.

Parasite_Prev

Parasite Prevention

A wide variety of parasites exist undetected in the environment. Many of these parasites can use pets as hosts, and they may transfer to you and your family.

We offer intestinal parasite checks and heartworm tests with our annual vaccination plans and will deal with any concerns you have at anytime.

We will also provide education regarding what to look for if your pet is affected and how to respond.

Kitten Care

Having a new kitten is exciting. It is also a huge responsibility. We will support you as you learn what is required to give your kitten the best possible start in life and to maintain their health and happiness long into the future. It is also highly beneficial if we get to know your kitten when they are young so that we truly understand them and their needs. This enables us to establish a relationship of trust early on so that they are more comfortable when they visit us. We also love to watch them grow!

Senior Care

High-quality, thorough care is crucial throughout your life. Just like us, as our pets age, health needs and risks change, which means personalized, relevant care is required. Certain illnesses such as kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid abnormalities, diabetes, liver dysfunction, and arthritis become more likely as animal age. Our focus is to identify an issue in its early stages and treat these before the disease progresses.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy can help with certain conditions such as arthritis, soft tissue injuries, and wound healing. This form of treatment can be an effective, pain-free option to ease a pet’s pain and inflammation.

Cat food and dog food

Nutritional Counselling

Your pet’s food should provide a complete and balanced range of essential nutrients suitable for them and be something they enjoy. Our doctors highly recommend the Hills Science Diet range.
