Dr. Hannah Rowlett is a native Tennessean from Gallatin. She attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where she received a B.S. in Agricultural Science in 2018. Then, she attended Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine and received her DVM degree in 2023. Dr. Rowlett and her husband, Ethan, are excited to be moving back to the West Tennessee area. They have a blue heeler mix named Dixie. In their spare time, they enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Drew Hanks is a 2005 graduate of Tipton-Rosemark Academy. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where he received his B.S. in Animal Science in 2009. He went on to attend the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine where he received his DVM degree in 2013. Dr. Drew joined Munford Animal Hospital staff in June 2013. Dr. Drew is a member of Shelby County Veterinary Association, Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He is married to Dr. Rilla Reese Hanks, a local equine veterinarian whom he met in veterinary school. They have two daughters, Mary Reese and Evelyn, along with two dogs ,Hemi and Dot, and two cats, Batman and Robin who they enjoy spending time with. Dr. Drew’s veterinary interests include internal medicine, preventative healthcare, and soft tissue surgery.
Dr. Leah Burns Anderson is a 2015 graduate of Meridian Christian Home Educators. She then attended Meridian Community College earning her Associate in Arts before transferring to Mississippi State University in 2017. Dr. Leah was accepted into Mississippi State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and received her DVM in 2022. Dr. Leah joined the Munford Animal Hospital staff in June of 2022. Dr. Leah is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association. She lives in Munford with her husband, Chance, and their two dogs, Copper – a Beagle and Daisy Mae – a Basset Hound Mix. She enjoys cooking, fishing, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
Dr. Robert Lee Hanks is a 2001 graduate of Tipton-Rosemark Academy. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where he received a B.S. in Animal Science in 2005. He went on to attend the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, where he received his DVM degree in 2009. He joined the staff at Munford Animal Hospital in May 2009. Dr. Hanks is a member of the Memphis Shelby County Veterinary Medical Association, Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Association. Dr. Hanks resides in Drummonds, TN with his wife Kaelin, two children, four dogs and two cats. Outside of veterinary medicine he enjoys hunting, fishing, farming, and following UT Volunteers athletics. He is also a member of Elm Grove United Methodist Church.
Dr. Robert Y. Hanks is a 1973 graduate of Tipton-Rosemark Academy. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where he received a B.S. in Animal Science. He went on to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville-College of Veterinary Medicine where he received his DVM degree in 1980. After practicing in Lauderdale County for two years, he then established Munford Animal Hospital, LLC in 1982. With the addition of 5000 square feet to the existing building in December 2007, Dr. Hanks along with his sons, Dr. Robert Lee Hanks & Dr. Drew Hanks, now own the largest and most advanced animal hospital in the area. Dr. Hanks is a member of the Memphis Shelby County Veterinary Association, Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Hanks resides in Munford, TN with his wife, Mary, four dogs, four cats, and two horses. He enjoys hunting and working on multiple farms raising cattle, hay, variation of crops and spending time with his four grandchildren.
